Acquisitions & Shipping
Whether you are collecting an original oil painting or a limited-edition print, I personally oversee the archival preparation and packaging of every piece. My goal is to ensure your artwork arrives in gallery condition.
Preparation
To protect your investment, I use industry-standard archival materials for all shipments:
Surface Protection: Every piece is wrapped in acid-free barrier paper to prevent surface contact or smudging.
Environmental Shield: A moisture-resistant poly-barrier protects against humidity and temperature shifts during transit.
Structural Integrity: * Paintings (Canvas & Panel): Secured with corner protectors and "double-boxed" with high-density foam cushioning.
Works on Paper: Sandwiched between rigid, acid-free foam boards to prevent bending.
Prints: Individually inspected, hand-signed, and shipped in heavy-duty reinforced packaging.
Shipping
I ship domestically via UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority to ensure the most reliable and efficient route.
Timeline: Please allow 3–5 business days for me to personally crate and prepare your artwork. I will notify you immediately if a large-scale piece requires additional handling time.
Tracking & Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured. You will receive an automated email with tracking information as soon as your artwork is dispatched.
Security: For your protection, all original paintings and fine art prints require a signature upon delivery.
Ready-to-Hang: Most works on canvas or panel arrive wired and ready for your wall.
Authenticity & Guarantee
Every original work is accompanied by a hand-signed Certificate of Authenticity, documenting the materials and provenance for your private collection records.
Damaged or Lost Items: While I take every precaution, I am here to help if the unexpected occurs. In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the piece. Upon confirmation and return of the damaged work, a full refund will be issued.
